We are grateful for every donation, and we want giving to be easy and safe.

Donations

Donations are generally not refundable, because they are put to work quickly. However, if you made a mistake (for example, a wrong amount or a duplicate payment), write to us through the contact page within 7 days with your receipt number and payment ID. We will refund the amount to the original payment method within 10 working days of approving the request.

If an 80G certificate has already been issued for a donation, it will be cancelled when the refund is made.

Admission fees

Training admission fees are refundable in full if you withdraw before classes begin, or if we cancel the course. They are not refundable once classes have begun.

Failed payments

If money was deducted but the payment failed, it is usually returned automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the payment ID and we will help.
